1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this Website, purchasing services, or using The Luxe App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all incorporated policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Services Offered
The Website provides access to:
In-Home Dog Training
At-Home Dog Waste Pick-Up
The Luxe App Membership
All services require execution of a separate Client Agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, training systems, branding, text, graphics, software, and materials are the exclusive property of The Luxe: Canine Club LLC.
No reproduction, redistribution, resale, screen recording, or derivative use is permitted.
4. Assumption of Risk
Dog ownership and training carry inherent risks including:
Bites
Scratches
Property damage
Injury to third parties
Use of this Website and our services constitutes acknowledgment of these risks.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:
The Luxe: Canine Club LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Client in the 90 days preceding the claim.
6. Corporate Liability Protection
The Luxe: Canine Club LLC is a Texas limited liability company.
No owner, officer, member, manager, or contractor shall be held personally liable for claims arising from use of the Website or services.
All claims must be brought solely against the Company entity.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas.
8. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising from use of this Website or services shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in Texas under the Federal Arbitration Act.
Both parties waive:
Jury trial rights
Class action participation
Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded.
This clause survives termination.
Refund Policy

Refund Policy
In-Home Dog Training
Non-refundable once first session begins.
Unused sessions expire after [X months].
No refunds for completed sessions.
Waste Pick-Up Services
No refunds for completed visits.
Missed visits due to unsecured pets are billed.
Prepaid cycles are non-refundable once begun.
Luxe App Membership
No partial billing refunds.
Auto-renews unless canceled before billing date.
Access remains active through paid period.
The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests inconsistent with this policy.
