As Founder & CEO, Matt combines business acumen with a lifelong passion for canine development. His leadership has helped guide thousands of families toward better-behaved dogs, cleaner homes, and smarter pet ownership, both online and in person.

Our foundation is strengthened by Matt’s father-in-law and  Co-Director of Training. Pando is one of the only Certified Civilian Master Trainers within the National Association for Professional Canine Handlers (NAPCH), certifying Police K9 teams across North America annually. His expertise spans K9 Detection (Narcotics, Explosives, Bed Bugs), IGP sport, SDDA, and Ministry-standard explosives protocols. He is also a proud member of the International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators bringing unmatched credibility to everything we do.

Behind every training session and every family we serve, there’s a powerhouse team.

• Patty, our Chief Administrative Officer/Partner, wife to Matt and daughter to Pando, was once the youngest Canadian to title a dog in the world class sport of Schutzhund/IGP. Now, she’s the steady force ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly.

• Brent, our Chief Operating Officer/Partner, father of three girls and trusted co-trainer, is the operational wizard ensuring precision and excellence in every touchpoint of our client journey.

• Elyse, Chief Marketing Officer/Partner, is the creative engine behind our suite of brands. As a mother of two and a seasoned freelance editor for national television networks, Elyse transforms our mission into powerful, visual storytelling that builds trust and loyalty across every screen.
